The Bolt Group at Keller Williams Realty is seeking to expand it’s empire and is looking for a high energy recruiter and talent acquisition manager focused on rapid growth. We need someone who loves a start-up environment as the team will be adding 20-40 new agents to its group in the next year and building from there. No Real Estate Experience Required! This could be a remote role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Oversees the growth of the expansion network
  • Adapts systems for Expansion Businesses
  • Creates and maintains systems to unify salesforce
  • Identifies new expansion regions
  • Recruits and retains talented Expansion Partners
  • Maintains a common culture across Expansion Businesses and Partners
  • Builds relationships with local real estate brokers and team leaders
  • Learns the overall business of real estate and looks for ways to create efficiency across regions
  • Maintains a high-level, strategic plan for growth of the expansion network
  • Maintains consistent communication and accountability with all expansion partners and success managers
  • Consistently searches for high-level talent to lead the empire
  • Identifies high potential locations for future expansions, researching how they fit with the overall growth strategy
  • Builds culture in the company, ensuring each Expansion Business and Partner is contributing to the culture as a whole
  • Create systems for on boarding success, placement of expansion agents within the successful management team, and marketing material to excite, motivate, and interest potential expansion partners
  • Maintains minimum net growth of 2 agents per month
Qualifications
  • 1 + year experience in Recruiting, with expertise sourcing candidates from Linkedin and Facebook
  • Ability to develop relationships with candidates and real estate team leaders across all brokerages
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, SLACK, Youtube, and Zoom
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Self-motivated and able to self-manage
  • Open to Accountability and driven to excellence
  • Ability to critically think and ensure effective decision making
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
