KAYLA BOUNDY


Kayla is the Executive Assistant to rainmaker Kathryn Stelljes and Director of Operations for the ThinkLiveBe team. Entering the real estate industry in 2017, Kayla had no prior experience in real estate or business operations. What some would see as a disadvantage she saw as an opportunity to build something stable and consistent from the ground up. As a prior restaurant opening coordinator Kayla utilized her experience with team coordination to create and implement the current systems that fully operate ThinkLiveBe. With immense passion for systems & operations she enjoys breaking down and systematizing complex processes that leave consumers and agents with 5-star experiences.

Along with running the operations of the ThinkLiveBe team, Kayla is the president of the Keller WIlliams Young Professionals Orlando Chapter. She strives to give back to her community with chapter members and enjoys masterminding with local leaders. With an aspiration to pursue her Keller WIlliams Kids Can Quantum Leap (KWKC QL) instructor accreditation, Kayla has a long term mission to continue to support, mentor, and advocate on behalf of the next generation of leaders within our industry.

DAWN KELLY


Dawn started her Real Estate career in 2005 as a receptionist at a brokerage in San Diego. In the following years she worked for top producers and eventually moved into the role of Team Manager and Transaction Coordinator.

In 2016 Dawn branched out on her own, and started New Dawn Transactions. Dawn and her team closed over 500 transactions a year and worked with multiple Brokerages and Realtors all over California.

SHANDA MACOMBER


Shanda Macomber, as CEO for Be Happy TC, is the driving force for the success of the growing independent transaction coordinator company. She has been in the Real Estate business since 1999 and has worked as both an Operation Manager as well as a Transaction Coordinator.

Shanda and her team have closed over 10,000 files and know how unique and important the details of each file are. She is passionate about helping others learn and seeing them grow to their full potential. When she is not working Shanda enjoys spending time with her husband, River, and her dog and cat.
