Our small and mighty real estate team is experiencing growth and we need to find our perfect Administrative Assistant to own the administrative and operations piece of our business!

Our perfect match has previous experience within the real estate, mortgage, or title industry. This experience promotes familiarity with the lingo and the basics of what our business looks like. Equally as important as industry experience, consistency, steadiness, and compliance are non-negotiable for this role, as we believe these skills are a HUGE asset in being successful. There will be daily communication with vendors, third parties, agents, and administrative professionals via phone and email. This person should be comfortable working in an office environment where they will be primarily solo for the majority of the day.

Following adequate training and developed knowledge, this person is expected to truly own this role and be able to effectively prioritize and organize their day independently. It is imperative that this person be comfortable to take the initiative to approach their leader or team with ideas, platforms, and processes that will increase efficiency and positively impact the bottom line of the company.

This candidate will consider themselves a Spreadsheet master, and demonstrate great proficiency with technology including but not limited to digital/social platforms, and have experience using Microsoft Office, Google Apps, CRM, and accounting software. A reliable team player who consistently crushes their to-do list with an interest in a leadership position and opportunity for growth.   • Organize/maintain the daily schedule and all supporting activities for the CEO
  • Maintain records pertaining to licensing and CE requirements for agents
  • Maintain the team database/CRM
  • Consistently track and record numbers pertaining to sales, expenses, and marketing ROI
  • Enforce accountability to team members as necessary
  • Represent the team and company professionally while communicating with clients, vendors, and service providers
  • Maintain the desire to be learning based to ensure total team relevancy
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and trust
  • Tech and digital savvy
  • CRM experience is a bonus
  • Competency with accounting software
  • Positive can-do attitude, professional in demeanor and appearance
  • Organized, reliable, and consistent; maintains focus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Real estate license a plus but not required
