Description

We are seeking a Director of Operations in Rocky River, OH for one of the top teams in the area! This person will be the next high-impact leader that will help run the operations side of the business so the Agents in the office can focus on selling real estate. The Director of Operations leads the business by hiring, training, coaching, retaining, and holding all agents accountable. They also demonstrate a commitment to learning and strive for growth by investing in people on the team and regularly providing them with learning and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is an excellent leader, highly organized, and is someone who is going to motivate, hold accountable and inspire. They unite all team members in their commitment to the team’s standards and to achieving the team’s goals as well as the individual.

In this key role, you will be working closely with a top-performing agent in helping run the real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate; however, this is not a requirement. We are looking for a strong leader with a proven track record in implementing systems and procedures in an office setting who is detail-oriented communicates effectively and has an inspirational style.

This individual will receive mentoring and coaching from the best leaders in the real estate industry. They will be exposed to HUGE opportunities and a career that will take them to places they never dreamed of.

Responsibilities

Manage all operations employees and inside sales department

● Hold the sales team/team leaders accountable for the quality of service, lead generation and

goals/standards

● Hold weekly 1 on 1 with team leaders

● Lead agent/ops monthly meetings and administrative hurdles

● Manage all HR-related tasks - payroll, health, courier hours, PTO, etc and manage the team budget

● Manage/maintain all operational processes and assess on a quarterly basis to ensure the team is

streamlined and evolving

● Maintain CRM

● Hire, onboard, and train new ops team members

● Manage agent onboarding process through team leaders

● Hire, train, coach, and develop sales team through team leaders

● Assist in planning team and client events, including Thanksgiving Heroes

● Hold TC accountable for premium customer service/satisfaction

● Track marketing progress and milestones

Qualifications

Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common

issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Internet skills

● Real estate experience preferred but not required

● Minimum 2 years experience in a sales management role

● Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents

● Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly

● Learning-based and solution-oriented

● Deadline driven and extremely organized

● Continue to maintain the goodwill and reputation of the entire team

Job Benefits
