For Your Realty Leverage Sales Team:

Sell to meet your monthly quotas
Work closely with the Marketing Department to find creative ways to generate new leads and nurture existing leads
Follow up with event attendees and potential clients interested in our services
Mine and nurture the current database of 25,000+ leads to create new business
Prospect for new leads, making at least 100 dials to current and potential clients daily
Consult with real estate agents, brokerages, and eventually business owners in other industries to identify their needs and convert them to the appropriate services
Manage cultivation of inbound inquiries to convert leads to appointments
Build rapport with current clients to sell them the next value add product/service for their business
Manage the lead in our sales database (CRM) through the entire sales cycle
Oversee the delivery, completion, and payment of all contracts
Develop expert knowledge regarding our processes for recruiting, training, admin services, coaching, consulting, and more

For Fractional Director of Sales Services:

Develop overall sales strategy & execution for all Team and Team Models
Build & manage training and accountability materials
Conduct Needs Analysis
Create and send proposals
Develop new services to serve our client
Build and manage sales team
Drive revenue & profitability
Business Development: Work with the CEO to create and develop strategies to acquire new business


2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales
2+ years consulting real estate agents
Ability to learn and deliver scripts for effective conversion
Experience managing lead cycle using a CRM
Strong understanding of different sales techniques for different personality types
Strong computer skills using Google Suite
Proactive leader, learner, collaborator, and self-starter with a growth mindset
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage many action items at once
A whatever it takes, solution-based approach to problem-solving

Job Benefits

$24,000-$36,000 base annually + commission. On target annual earnings are about $150,000 based on sales forecast
