The Executive Assistant relishes the opportunity to implement and manage multiple tasks and systems with minimal supervision. This role requires the ability to not only thrive but excel in a fast-paced environment to support our team in managing the agent and client experience and will take on a wide variety of challenges and provide creative solutions for multiple executives and agents. Writing and content creation skills are necessary as this role will require the drafting of newsletters, social media content, biographies, and advertising content. Exceptional grammar and creative writing skills will serve as a huge advantage in these tasks. Our ideal match will identify with the longevity in this role and will appreciate the independence to pivot into change and embrace technology.

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and fellow employees to the front desk
  • Manage office appearance, supplies, and equipment
  • Implement and maintain systems for office support
  • Assist in reaching out to market center associates
  • Implement and maintain manuals that documents systems and standards
  • Coordinate activities related to market center events and calendars for the office
  • Assist in pulling and organizing reports from MLS, Broker Metrics, and/or other applicable platforms
  • Assist with document management, client communication, and broker approval
  • Manage email inbox and calendar appointments
  • Draft and publish biographies and content for market center events and special guests
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills- exceptional grammar and spelling
