An Executive Assistant is deeply committed to supporting their Executive in achieving greater and greater levels of success, and to growing his/her own skills. The main focus of this individual will be to assist high-level executive(s) in personal and professional tasks and help improve productivity.

The Executive Assistant is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication. This individual may exhibit some drive and desire to influence; however, the overriding marker of his/her behavior is persistence and stability.


  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external parties
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Assist the CEO by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
  • Act as gatekeeper to the CEO
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Use various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Work on various ad hoc projects and tasks
  • Ability to assist in managing both business-related and personal obligations

  • Handling travel coordination, event planning
  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
  • Coordinate the purchase, installation, and maintenance of office equipment and supplies
  • Be the first point of contact on behalf of CEO

  • Personal errands and business planning on behalf of the CEO

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office

  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities
  • Must have a valid Driver’s license
  • Bilingual in Russian is a bonus
