Position title

High volume Central Texas real estate group looking to add a Listing Manager to their growing team!

You should have active experience with a sales organization or team where the emphasis has been on customer experience as the number one priority. You must have excellent communication skills, a fantastic heart for service, and be highly organized.


As a general overview, this role will prioritize four leading pieces of the business:

Develop Concierge and Re-imagining Plans 

  • Collaborate with the listing agent to create a Pre-Listing guide for each listing appointment
  • Schedule staging consultations, photography appointments, and related launch appointments
  • Confirm MLS information and work with Marketing for launch
  • Develop and implement Market Watch system to track pricing & days on market for relevant areas
  • Oversee and Manage all Listing Client Files: Communicate with clients, title companies, real estate agents, and other vendors as needed o Facilitate any repairs, cleaning, maintenance required or requested. Including, but not limited to requesting showing feedback, weekly client updates, weekly client calls, open house management, etc. 
  • Verify listing agreement compliance: Ensure all deadlines are met and files are compliant w/Broker Requirements & submitted time

Contracts Management 

  • Oversee and Manage all Listing Client Contracts
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, real estate agents and other vendors as needed o Facilitate any repairs, cleaning, maintenance required or requested 
  • Attend inspection summaries & attend closing appointments, etc.

Other Administrative/Office Duties 

  • Learn, train, and improve processes on an ongoing basis
  • Provide accountability to other teammates
  • Create weekly, monthly and annual goals (personal and team goals) using the 4-1-1
  • Conduct/facilitate weekly meetings: 4-1-1: Goals & projects, BREG Team meeting
  • Collaborate and provide feedback about areas of improvement and ideas for efficiencies

$50,000 - $55,000 + bonus
