The Marketing Manager will have a basic understanding of the important keys of marketing, sales, and customer service play in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced Real Estate team. The candidate must be creative, well-organized, a self-starter, personable, and enthusiastic.

The Marketing Manager is 100% committed to supporting the team in achieving great and greater levels of success and growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the team.

The Marketing Manager is an eager individual who enjoys outlining and implementing new systems and processes to streamline marketing creation, implementation, and presentation. Someone who is very organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Drive the Database

  • Manage, monitor, and audit CRM database daily
  • Design & implement CRM campaigns (33 touches, 8x8, 12 direct) to increase referrals and conversion
  • Build & manage aftercare engagement plans for past clients
  • Manage all incoming leads, enter them into database & route to team members
  • Weekly reporting of lead conversion
  • Plan & manage client events

Generate Leads through Marketing Platforms

  • Develop overall marketing strategy & execution
  • Build & manage marketing calendar
  • Drive engagement with SGT websites
  • Responsible for all social media content & engagement (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)Manage marketing budget

  • Build & manage after-care campaigns for closed clients
  • Track referrals and send thank you’s; Send database gifts
  • Manage all incoming leads, enter into database & route to team (Includes sign calls, internet leads, referrals, expired, open house, door knocking, etc.)
  • Monthly reporting of lead conversion
  • Plan & Manage client events
  • Direct all client pop-bys
  • Marketing Plan – Strategy & Execution
  • Post relevant content to FB, Instagram, YouTube
  • Manage Marketing Budget
  • Ensure brand consistency through all platforms
  • Drive engagement with SGT website
  • Property Brochures
  • Sales Support – Marketing Projects
  • Generate ideas for video content
  • Support team with door-knocking marketing needs
