Our Operations Manager will embrace the opportunity to build relationships with our prestigious clientele. The Operations Director is deeply committed to supporting the management and coordination of projects initiated by the broker. The illustration of success in this realm of the position would be establishing a system to ensure a smooth hand-off after initial contact and owning the remainder of the process. We expect this person to be a professional, poised, supportive leader within the team, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. As the success of the team grows, this individual should expect to be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional operational team members to ensure all operational aspects continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency. Our perfect match would be committed to our team’s growth and building the empire in our line of vision.

Compensation: $58,000 - $70,000 DOE + 401K Match + PTO/Sick Time

  • Implement, and manage all internal systems for listing management, database management, project coordination, and office support
  • Oversee contract management for luxury listings and project management
  • Coordinate the origination, installation, and maintenance of all needed vendors for current projects
  • Serve as the main point of contact in all client communication and for vendors
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct team meetings
