Position title

We’re hiring a driven real estate administrative assistant to support our team and carry out administrative tasks. You serve as a liaison between the agents and clients and will be responsible for conveying relevant messages and making appointments and calls on behalf of the team. You will also be responsible for the safe-keeping of customer information in the database, keeping the office supplies well-stocked. Candidates should be quick problem solvers, extremely organized, and have some experience in a relevant field.

We are looking for a self-starter who has strong organizational skills, operates with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication. We need someone who can wrangle the squirrels, extinguish the fire, and provide excellent customer service with a smile (even through the phone)! We are not looking for someone who is seeking a job, we are looking for someone who has their sights set on building a career, creating their own life by design, and being the glue that holds our fantastic team together! This role will work alongside the high producing team owner, they will be their sidekick really, the “let’s lock arms and conquer the world” together kind of sidekick, not like the “grab my coffee” kind of sidekick. We will become a force to be reckoned with, and the sky is only the tip of the iceberg for the limit.

  • Utilize database to safely keep track of customer records
  • Function as the main point contact for the principal broker
  • Keep a balanced record of the broker’s business transactions
  • Convey messages to broker that were received through phone calls, emails, memos, or reports



  • Create stellar systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, back-office support and implement maximum efficiency
  • Responsible for coordinating activities related to listing activation and listing maintenance
  • Enforcing the standards of organization and expectations for the following of procedures
  • Confidently communicate with sellers and validate listing details
  • Responsible for Open House coordination and set up
  • Social Media and Email Marketing
  • Nurture all client relationships from handwritten cards to community involvement and presence
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Experience in the real estate industry preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
