Position title

We’re hiring a driven Real Estate Executive Assistant to lead the team and support the supervising broker, as well as carry out administrative tasks. You’ll serve as a liaison between the broker and clients and be responsible for screening and conveying relevant messages, managing transactions, and making appointments and travel arrangements for the broker. You will also be responsible for the safekeeping of customer information in the database, assuring compliance documentation is accurate and recorded in a timely manner, and working with other departments when necessary.   • Input information received about clients through streamlined database management
  • Create and maintain an operations manual [aka] Playbook of the team
  • Organize team events
  • Manage database and communication
  • Oversee listing files and marketing
  • Generate emails and market reports
  • Make appointments and travel itineraries for broker

  • Build, implement, and manage all systems
  • Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Create and track a lead follow-up system
  • Take notes and deliver messages from phone calls, emails, memos, or reports to the broker
  • Support the real estate office as needed with other assistant duties, such as picking up orders
  • Purchase supplies and follow office protocols
  • Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner
  • Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets, and Multiple Listing Service
  • Able to work on deadline, juggle multiple tasks, and do it all with a high degree of accuracy
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality are essential
  • Real estate experience required
  • Knowledge of real estate transaction process
  • Very technologically savvy; able to learn new programs quickly
  • Familiarity with the real estate sales process in Connecticut is a Bonus
  • Marketing skills - social media, print, and web-based

Job Benefits

$50,000 - $60,000 with opportunity for bonus income based on team’s success and, when licensed, referral income from business brought to the team
