Description

Our Marketing Director will possess the understanding that the important keys of marketing directly translate into being educated in targeted audiences, content creation, graphic design, and exceptional service to clients and agents alike. The ideal candidate must be creative, well-organized, self-starter, personable, and enthusiastic. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the leadership team to ensure that the marketing plan is well planned and executed successfully.

The Marketing Manager is 100% committed to supporting the team in achieving great and greater levels of success and growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the team. They will fuel growth for themselves by creating and implementing marketing systems and processes that make the business efficient and effective in their marketing presence.

This individual is an eager individual who enjoys streamlining marketing creation, implementation, and presentation.

Responsibilities

Drive the Database

 

  • Manage, monitor, and audit CRM database daily
  • Design and implement CRM campaigns (33 touches, 8x8, 12 direct) to increase referrals and conversion
  • Build and manage aftercare engagement plans for past clients
  • Create Marketing plans and collateral around client events

 

Generate Leads through Marketing Platforms

 

  • Develop overall marketing strategy and execution
  • Build and manage marketing calendar
  • Drive engagement with Team websites
  • Responsible for all social media content and engagement (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Manage marketing budget
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, project management, and initiative skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Strong computer skills — including MS Office, Google Apps, databases, spreadsheets, social media — as well as applications to generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data, and managing projects

  • Design and Implement Marketing Systems
  • Review Annual/Monthly/Weekly Goals
  • Maintain Planned Use of Time
  • Set Goals and Develop Plans
  • Design, implement and track CRM drip campaigns
  • Build and manage after-care campaigns for closed clients
  • Market client events
  • Direct all client pop-bys and nurtures
  • Marketing Plan – Strategy and Execution
  • Post relevant content to FB, Instagram, YouTube
  • Manage Marketing Budget
  • Ensure brand consistency through all platforms
  • Drive engagement with Team website
  • Property Brochures
  • Sales Support – Marketing Projects
  • Generate ideas for video content
  • Support team with door-knocking marketing needs
  • Develop brand image, grow awareness and reach, enlarge the database, and increase client satisfaction, thus generating more leads and client referrals
  • Manage creation, implementation, and maintenance of all marketing including events, open houses, listings, social media ads, posts, and videos, newsletters, direct mail, etc.
  • Ensure unity of brand, messaging, and style across all communication mediums
  • Report key data weekly to team regarding growth, progress of marketing campaigns, leads, referrals, and ROI
