Real Estate Operations Manager - RENÉE CONDON GROUP IN JERSEY CITY, NJ

We are in search of a self-motivated, accountable, action-oriented, and optimistic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a lot of moving parts! This person will be pivotal in helping to run the operations side of the business so the Agents in the office can focus on selling real estate. The ideal candidate is energized at the idea of helping people reach their full potential and receives intrinsic rewards from investing in others. This individual will be an outside-the-box thinker, system builder, and problem solver who is always looking for ways to reduce inefficiencies and drive revenue.

We are looking for a strong operationally minded candidate with a proven track record in implementing systems and procedures in an office setting who is detail-oriented, communicates effectively, and has an inspirational style. If you are detail-oriented, skilled at taking initiative, implementing systems, and enhancing the infrastructure of an organization, we want to hear from you! We are looking for a candidate with a “can do” attitude who thinks 3 steps ahead and that understands the value of teamwork.

  • Oversees all client database & transaction files
  • Transaction management & systems
  • Owns and executes all marketing and client events
  • Maintains & updates an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
  • Coordinate marketing, events, and client activities
  • Act as a liaison between clients and agents
  • Provide concierge-level customer service to clients and customers
  • Continue to take the day-to-day office tasks away from agent, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies
  • Holds team accountable for all weekly, monthly & annual goals
  • Point of contact handling client-lead inquiries that come through the office & email
  • Coordinates the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office supplies

Job Benefits

$60,000 - $65,000 a year base plus bonus
