Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful
Find new talent for our brokerage’s success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, video conference appointments, or other forms of communication
Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available
Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria
Post job openings to all major job boards in order to bring in a steady stream of strong applicants
Focus on perfecting the process of attracting/recruiting talent, retaining talent, and creating a supportive and productive atmosphere for all
Collaborate at a high level with the leadership team to consistently deliver on vision and mission
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents
Proficient in hiring technology is a bonus
Stay educated on competition, develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete and recruit in the market
