The Sales Manager will have a basic understanding of the way sales, lead generation, lead conversion, and customer service play in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced growing business. The candidate must be creative, well-organized, self-starter, personable, and enthusiastic. The Sales Manager will work closely with the VP of Operations and CEO as an integral part of the success of the Executive Team.

● Create & maintain a sales funnel
● Field all incoming sales calls
● Convert 80% of sales calls to signed contracts
● Create opportunities for team members to provide value to generate leads
● Attend conferences, industry events, and other targeted activities to generate leads
● Create and implement a lead follow up system
● Generate and convert sales to fulfill the capacity requirements of all departments
● Maintain relationships with targeted agents and brokerages
● Outbound lead generation to brokerages and targeted agents/teams
● Send and obtain signed contracts
● Own Docusign
● Own Zoho Sales, CRM, and other sales suites inside Zoho
● Build & maintain the Leads database in Zoho CRM
● Oversee all contracts to include, but not limited to Recruiting, Training, Leverage Services, Coaching, Consulting, etc.
