Heaney Homes, a top-producing Real Estate team is seeking a Showing Assistant for our growing team! The right candidate will be an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. A successful Showing Assistant will be highly motivated with a sense of ownership. They’ll have a compelling desire to support the lead agent in achieving team success while being committed to growing their own skills and to developing into a leader within the team.
In this role, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to grow your customer service and entrepreneurial skills. A Showing Assistant should be able to successfully show homes to buyers in the area and in addition to a base salary will have earning-based bonuses as those buyers close on their new home.
The Showing Assistant will have a real estate license in order to meet MLS criteria for the duties in this role. Additionally, they may be eager to earn the right to use their license as a sales agent down the road. The ideal Show Assistant is a forward-looking individual who works to develop and maintain positive professional relationships. Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients
Assist the lead agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent after the lead agent has completed a needs analysis
Check with Lead Agent to determine priorities and assignments for the day
Responsible for inventory tracking of all signs, riders, and lockboxes – when low on signs/riders – order
Delivering yard signs and riders for coming soon and/or new listings, as appropriate
Weekly, thorough checks on all vacant listings to ensure the highest quality presentation for showings
Checking all vacant listings after any bad weather/high winds – ensure signs and property are undamaged
Assist with de-staging homes before closings
Attend inspections, walk-thrus, and any other on-site meetings, as needed
Consistently representing the team and brand with a positive and winning attitude!
Working with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes
Finding homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria
Licensed or willing to get licensed within 60 days
People-oriented
Positive, optimistic, and solutions based
Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
Learning based
Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
High school graduate
Real estate license
$2,000 - $2,500 monthly + commission
