Vice President of Operations TMA Remote

This is a remote role, but you must be based in the United States

  • Lead the Team
  • Implement the CEO’s vision
  • Track and achieve goals for sales, contracts, and profitability
  • Obtain and dominate market share
  • Consult the team and provide training opportunities
  • Work with the CEO to develop, implement, and improve the systems of all
  • Oversee recruiting and training of all team members
  • Oversee all financials to include, but not limited to Budget, Profit Loss, Income
  • Statement, Payroll, Bonuses, and any other financial obligations of the company
  • Create and maintain an Operations Manual that documents all Team systems and standards
  • Oversee all company marketing and branding
  • Receive surveys from 90% of clients
  • Receive reviews from 90% of clients
  • Receive referrals from 50% of clients
  • Manage staff to acceptable professionalism and job performance
  • Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete
  • Conduct performance reviews of staff and associates
  • Do whatever it takes to keep the business moving forward including, and not limited to, stepping into any role on the team as needed
  • Hire, Train, and hold team members accountable
  • Plan and lead Team Stand-Ups, Weekly 411 Meetings, Quarterly Retreats, andAnnual Business Planning
  • Be the first point of contact in handling client inquiries or complaints
  • Keep the CEO informed regarding all problems or issues that need to be handled
  • Remote role must be based in the United States

$75,000 - $80,000 +bonus potential
