A dedicated Buyer Agent who is able to answer calls from incoming buyer leads in real-time, turn those leads into appointments, and assist our buyers through the entire home buying process, from beginning to end. Recognizing that personal habits will have a significant impact on performance, our Buyer Agents are committed to proper nutrition, exercise, and healthy sleep habits. Our Buyer Agents have a growth mindset and demonstrate their commitment to excellence by reading/listening to real estate books and podcasts, attending courses and coaching, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. They always demonstrate the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a dedicated professional who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements.


What will you do? 

These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

  • Answer calls from incoming buyer leads in real-time (minimum 75% answer rate)
  • Convert leads to appointments
  • Assist additional team-provided buyer leads with the entire purchase process, from beginning to end
  • Develop quality relationships with clients so that we become their go-to real estate professional for life
  • Effectively negotiate and coordinate all buyer transactions
  • Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close
  • Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues
  • Develop excellent content marketing systems using digital & printed means

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Answer calls from incoming leads in real-time (minimum 75% answer rate)
  • Show properties of interest to current and potential clients
  • Share additional properties and resources to aid buyers in their home search
  • Negotiate for buyers
  • Facilitate transactions from initial contact to contract to close
  • Occasionally assist with additional team tasks (e.g., showings, inspections, meeting appraisers, etc.)

Expected lead volume, first year performance minimums, & projected commissions

  • 20 leads/month, 75% answer rate = 15 leads. 10% conversion rate = 1.5 closing/month
  • Average lead price approx. $375,000. Average post-split commission approx. $4,500
  • Projected first year commission (assuming the above minimums are met): $81,000+
Job Benefits


  • 50% commission on all team-generated leads; 75% commission on all agent-generated leads
  • Flat fee for additional team tasks (approx. $50/hour)
