Lucas Sherraden

Lucas has the opportunity to live out his mission statement daily: “To inspire passion within people to accomplish their God-given destinies of greatness and to create prosperity for those I serve.”

With a background as a pastor who traveled the world on speaking engagements, in 2009 Lucas decided to become a licensed Realtor in Texas so that he could be home with his wife and four children. After a short time with another brokerage, Lucas joined KW Southwest in Houston, Texas. In his first year at KW, Lucas earned over $150,000 and won the Career Launch Award. The next year, he became the Team Leader of the Keller Williams Houston/Katy Market Center where he earned his first Black Belt recruiting award and finished #8 in the company in Net Agent Growth.

In 2012, Lucas took on a fresh opportunity to grow the Overland Park Market Center as Team Leader in the Greater Heartland Region, which also gave him the chance to be closer to family in the area. Under his leadership and unwavering commitment to the conversations, tools, and systems of the Growth Initiative and the Career Growth Initiative, his Market Center saw record growth. The agent count grew phenomenally from 150 to over 500. Meanwhile, the market share increased substantially from fifth in the market to number one in closed volume and units. Agents in his Market Center were able to use this market share to grow their businesses as Keller Williams became valid.

For three of the six years he was a leader in the Greater Heartland Region, Lucas has received the Greater Heartland Region Impact Award. Additionally, he has won three Black Belt Awards for company growth and has led the Region in Profit and Profit Share. Lucas is a frequent instructor in Market Centers across the country and Canada and has had the opportunity to share how he generates results using the Growth Initiative and Career Growth Initiative on stage at Family Reunion and Mega Camp. He was inducted into the Team Leader Hall Of Fame, former director of the Keller Williams Growth Initiative, and former Regional Director for KW in Colorado. He currently has a Place Sales team, helps co-host the Built How podcast and works with helping Place Inc Grow.

When he is not teaching, leading, or coaching, you will find Lucas reading, watching professional sports, and spending time with his family on the lake.

When not actively selling homes, Rachel can be found traveling the US, coaching others on how to build a successful real estate team with a winning mindset as well as sharing the latest tips & techniques in Social Media. She has a love for public speaking and enjoys seeing the positive effect her experience brings to others’ lives. While real estate is in her blood, her greatest joy comes from encouraging others to lead their best life. Rachel is a Coach, Author, and an Entrepreneur. She believes in having multiple streams of income and helping others do the same! She is the founder of Lady Leaders of Real Estate, a female empowerment mastermind group, all geared towards “finding your power within.”

Rachel is the host of SOLD on this life, a podcast for Realtors & entrepreneurs passionate about living a life by design.

Rachel lives in El Dorado Hills, California with her husband Ryan and their two sons Henry & Harrison. Together they own and operate R&R Investments, an investment company that flips homes, as well as being partnered with an anti-aging shampoo & skincare company that is changing lives all over the world! They help people build passive income from their cell phones. R&R leads an active life and loves all things outdoors. Rachel loves to blast great music while creating a healthy meal in their newly-renovated kitchen. In addition to cooking up healthy meals, she loves to travel, participate in growth seminars. If you’ve had the pleasure of spending time in Rachel’s presence, you know that she loves deep conversations that end with a hug! She is passionate about living life to the fullest and chooses happiness above all else.

Lucas Howard is the CEO of the Lucas Howard Group, as well as one of the investors in Keller Williams UK. Lucas has been successfully serving the Grand Rapids and West Michigan Real Estate Markets since 2004. Currently, he is ranked by sales in the top one percent of agents with the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors.

Lucas’ business model is based on his commitment to helping his buyers and sellers make informed and confident choices while empowering them to make educated real estate decisions. Lucas is known for his can-do-attitude, upbeat personality, and relentless pursuit to better himself so he can bring a higher standard of service to his clients.

Outside of work, Lucas is very involved in the Grand Rapids and Keller Williams community. He is currently a best selling author, sat on the board of Grand Rapids Association of Realtors and Agent Leadership Council, and is dedicated committee member of Friends and Family of Cystic Fibrosis.

Lucas and his wife, Elissa, have been married since 2003 and have three daughters. They enjoy traveling, camping, playing competitive volleyball, and spending weekends on the water in Northern Michigan.

Licensed to sell Real Estate since 2009, Elissa previously worked in the mortgage industry. Her experience in the mortgage industry equipped her with a fastidious attention to detail, renown follow through ,and a thorough understanding of the entire home buying process. Elissa’s industry knowledge has made her an indispensable asset to her colleagues, clients and business partners. Russell is an Associate Broker who has been with The Stern Team for over 6 years. He is the Director of Operations overseeing the financials, marketing systems, and strategies, along with the transactions. He attended BYU and graduated with a degree in business management. He has an extensive background in running small businesses along with sales. He has been in the real estate industry since 2008. During that time he has worked as a sales agent, worked for a law firm that specializes in short sales and helping homeowners in default, a title company, a transaction coordinator with The Stern Team, and now the Director of Operations. Prior to entering the real estate industry, he was the Vice President of Operations of a medical equipment company where he not only managed the operations but was also in charge of recruiting and training the sales team.

Russell has his general contractor’s license and is an active investor in flipping and holding rental properties. Russell has been a part of thousands of real estate transactions in his career and has a vast knowledge of the industry. He is able to think creatively and keep deals together where less experienced agents may have not been able to complete the transaction.

Haro grew up in Boston, MA and is a 25+ year resident of the Upstate of South Carolina. He moved to South Carolina to pursue his college education. Haro takes a very determined and persistent approach to his real estate career – skills he learned while paying his way through undergrad and graduate school by selling educational books door-to-door and managing sales teams of other college students for 8 summers. Coupled with a B.A. and an M.A. in Economics from Clemson University, Haro’s analytical skills, sales acumen, and leadership experience have distinguished him in the Real Estate arena.

Haro started his Real Estate career during the bottom of the Great Recession in May of 2009. In his first year as a buyer’s agent, Haro closed 33 transactions and was named rookie of the year at Keller Williams Greenville Upstate. In December 2010, Haro went out on his own and hired his first assistant. In 2011, he sold 36 homes, then continued to gain momentum and sold 50 homes in 2012. He also hired his first Buyer’s Agent that year, and by 2013 he officially began The Haro Group, a small team of four people (two agents and two admin). Haro and his team have now served over 2800 clients buy or sell over $600m of real estate. They have also been ranked 1st or 2nd in the Best of The Upstate’s Best Real Estate Team category 4 times, and have landed on Inc. 5000’s annual list of the Fastest Growing Companies in America twice.

Many know The Haro Group for its vibrancy, competitiveness, and desire to learn and to provide extraordinary levels of care to their clients and community. Christopher Bowles

Christopher got into real estate in 2012 when he joined Homes for Heroes as a commissioned sales rep. During his tenure, which culminated as President/Chief Operating Officer, the real estate company led the Hero Reward movement, expanded to serve all 50 states, grew from less than 400 to nearly 4,000 real estate professionals, partnered with 40,000+ heroes helping them buy or sell a home, and processed more than $8B in real estate volume sold.

Christopher’s previous experience includes roles as a senior human resources leader with a global law firm, sales and operations leader, congressional assistant, and U.S. Marine.

Christopher and his wife Ina left the cold of the Midwest and moved to Greenville in 2021. Since then, he’s been consulting with other businesses and their leadership teams and providing strategic guidance on people, operations, and growth. Christopher and Ina enjoy serving with the church and on missions, traveling, fellowship with friends and family, and everything the outdoors has to offer.

Julien specializes in developing people, streamlining processes, and branding products and services. Julien currently serves as the Director of Operations for the Eaves Realty Group and a Productivity Coach for Keller Williams. He is eager to help build successful businesses and assist others as they build their life by design.

Dawn Krause

Dawn is Partner and Principal Owner of Livian St. Louis, formally known as The Krause Basler Network, powered by Keller Williams Realty. Dawn and her business partner, Tom Basler, bring a combined 50 years of real estate experience to their community of agents and clients with the philosophy, “Success through others; no one succeeds alone.” Livian St. Louis has consistently ranked amongst the top 3 teams out of approximately 12,000 agents in St. Louis since their formation in 2015.

Dawn’s drive and passion have led her to own three real estate offices located in Chesterfield, Missouri; Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri; and O’Fallon, Illinois as well as a principal owner of Pinnacle Title Agency she launched early 2019. In addition to ownership in these market centers and the title company, Dawn serves as the Operating Principle of the O’Fallon, IL market center and the General Manager of the Chesterfield, MO market center. 

In April of 2022, Dawn became an (LTL) Livian Territory Leader of the 6 state Midwest Territory where she works to expand the Livian footprint by attracting top talent to the platform. Dawn’s passion for helping others discover their business needs and the options they have to help them get to the next level led to her promotion to Vice President of Growth for Livian in June of 2022. 

Dawn also serves as the Luxury Regional Ambassador for the Keller Williams Greater Heartland Region. Her role as ambassador keeps her closely connected to the shifting luxury market at a national level, allowing her to support the region’s agents and teams in building their businesses in the luxury space.  

Dawn is the wife of Mike Krause, the Fire Chief of Metrowest Fire Protection District, and they recently celebrated their 26th wedding anniversary. She is also the proud mother of three children – Emma who is 22 years old, as well as Gus and Tucker, her identical twin boys, who are 20 years old.  Giving back to the community is a gigantic passion of Dawn’s. She focuses much of that passion on being a voice for inclusion of those with special abilities through Best Buddies. The impact of this international organization made its mark on her family after her twins were both diagnosed with Autism at the age of 3.
