Brindley Tucker, Chief Executive Officer
Brindley Tucker, in her leadership role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), is the driving force behind the growing success of Your Realty Leverage, Inc. Building on her previous experience as the owner of a successful transaction management company, she applies her extensive expertise to find, motivate, train and guide those looking to start and/or grow their careers in the real estate industry.
A licensed Realtor® and a resident of the Tampa Bay area since childhood, Brindley earned her college degree from Texas A&M University. When not assisting Your Realty Leverage clients, she can be found spending her summers in the beautiful PNW.
Alana Badeaux, Director of Coaching & Consulting
Alana has been with The Loken Group of Houston, TX for 7 1/2 years and currently serves as Vice President of Operations. She is responsible for coaching and training the administrative staff, creation and implementation of systems, and process excellence. Alana is passionate about building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues by maintaining a strong, positive culture and motivating teammates to meet high-performance standards. She will maintain her current role within The Loken Group as some of the most valuable lessons come from being in the “trenches” with fellow administrative professionals.

Mary Pierce, Recruiter
Mary has nearly a decade of experience in the Real Estate industry as a Transaction Coordinator, Office Manager, Executive Assistant, and Director of Operations. With degrees in business and education, her passion for growth has transitioned her into helping people business-minded people find their best career fit in this fast paced industry. Mary thrives on helping others succeed and surpass their goals, personally and professionally.
As a Minnesota girl Mary can often be found outdoors and going on new adventures. She loves spending time with her husband of 20+ years, Monty, and their 3 teenage/adult sons. Mary has a hobby farm with chickens, ducks, peacocks (her favorite is named Kevin), goats, and turkeys. They also foster for a local animal rescue, specializing in bully breeds. Having adopted 3 dogs and 2 cats, Mary is proud to be a “foster failure”.
Evelyn Pendleton, Leverage Services
Evelyn is a Tampa native and has been working in Real Estate with Keller Williams Realty since 2004. She has been part of over 1,000 closings from many sides of the transaction working with a Top Team in the area for fifteen years as an Executive Assistant, Transaction Coordinator, Realtor, Buyer and mentor/trainer to newer agents. Evelyn has a strong passion for helping others and walking people through a Real Estate transaction. Whether it is someone's first purchase/sale or their tenth, Evelyn hopes they enjoy the process and learn something new along the way.
Outside of the office, Evelyn is found spending time with her husband Sean, spending time with dear friends or making new friends. Evelyn is also a proud singer with the Toast of Tampa Show Chorus and has several top-five medals from International Contest.
Meagan Moulden, Director of Training
Meagan has been licensed in the Real Estate industry and partnered with Keller Williams Realty since 2015. During her time as a Transaction Coordinator and Executive Assistant she assisted in well over 300 transactions, and she has also served as the Director of Operations for a small residential team. Meagan is truly passionate about training and teaching as a way to help Agents and Administrators work together to build businesses worth owning!
When she's not at work, Meagan can be found spending time with her high school sweetheart, Jeremy, and their two young sons. Together their family cheers on the NCSU Wolfpack and Buffalo Bills, and loves to spend time outside and have fun with friends.
Farah Villaverde, Recruiting Partner
Farah joins Your Realty Leverage with experience as an Administrative Assistant and Social Media Manager for multiple Keller Williams agents across the United States. Her unique skills allow her to assist in identifying talent and supporting our Recruiters in making successful hires for our clients. Farah also helps to onboard and train all of our Recruiting Partners and has proven to be a great leader.
Born and raised in the Philippines, Farah enjoys studying genealogy, growing cacti, and creating arts and crafts. She is also a fantastic baker even though she does not indulge in her own creations!
Friedrich Marquez, Leverage Services Partner
Friedrich joins our team with experience as an Account Specialist, Data Analyst and Encoder, and Customer Success Representative. He's been managing CRMs, analyzing data, and assisting several departments of various US-based businesses. Friedrich received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physics in 2018 and he loves to manage, tweak, and analyze data.
During his free time, Friedrich can be found cooking different kinds of dishes, trying new restaurants, and spending time with his family and their four Dachshunds.
Norwenn Panganiban, Training Partner
Norwenn has years of experience with the clerical role where she's mostly concerned with scheduling meetings, document filing and processing, and other administrative-related tasks. Before joining the team, she has also worked as a freelance writer for US- and UK-based clients who need help with crafting their research papers and optimizing their blog content. As a writer, she developed different writing styles that allowed her to reach a wider audience within her target niche.
During her downtime, she unwinds by cooking her favorite dishes, playing the guitar, or reading whatever interests her at that instance. She loves to travel and enjoys the sceneries during road trips while listening to good music.
Allie Fancher, Trainer
Allie joins Your Realty Leverage from her previous role as a licensed Realtor® and Operations Manager for a residential real estate team. She enjoys working “behind-the-scenes” with clients and co-workers to create win-win solutions and systems that can withstand. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science and has taken the teachings into her work, applying the principles of understanding roles, culture, and relationship building. She enjoys pouring into admin, support staff, and coordinators so they can better pour into their work for agents, communities and beyond.
In her spare time, Allie enjoys hands-on construction and DIY projects at the properties she and her fiance, Troy, own, most recently being a 1960s colonial fixer upper. She also enjoys summers on the many Minnesota lakes, reading, and puzzle making with family and friends for
some down time.
