EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP

BRINDLEY TUCKER
Chief Executive Officer

Brindley Tucker unifies teams and helps agents increase leverage in their businesses. She is a licensed Realtor® and the owner of Your Realty Leverage, Inc., a recruiting, training, and coaching firm. Throughout her career, she has served in an operations capacity within several industries from Wall Street to Real Estate. Brindley previously owned a successful real estate marketing and transaction management company where she closed over 2,000 real estate transactions. 

This expertise, coupled with her experience as a former Real Estate Operations Coach for MAPS Coaching, now allows her to share her knowledge by assisting agents, brokers, and industry leaders to attract and retain top talent for their teams and offices. She helps bridge the gap between operations and sales through recruiting, training, coaching, and consulting the top real estate teams in the country.

ALYSON CLARK
Vice President of Operations

Alyson began her career in real estate with Keller Williams in Asheville, NC in 2013 and was licensed shortly thereafter. During her time in real estate, Alyson has held a variety of operations roles with increasing responsibility; most recently serving as the Director of Operations for a $100M team. She focuses on growing production and developing talent by scaling technology, optimizing foundational processes, and creating and implementing client success/retention programs. Alyson is especially passionate about sharing the opportunities that exist in real estate for operations talent to thrive.

Alyson enjoys exploring all the wonderful food and culture Atlanta has to offer and spending time with her family. Her hobbies include traveling, working on her fixer-upper house, and volunteering with the Junior League of Atlanta.

MARY PIERCE
Vice President of Recruiting

Mary has nearly a decade of experience in the Real Estate industry as a Transaction Coordinator, Office Manager, Executive Assistant, and Director of Operations. With degrees in business and education, her passion for growth has transitioned her into helping business-minded people find their best career fit in this fast-paced industry. Mary thrives by helping others realize and surpass their goals, personally and professionally.

As a Minnesota girl, Mary can often be found outdoors and going on new adventures.  She loves spending time with her husband of 20+ years, Monty, and their 3 teenage/adult sons. Mary has a hobby farm with chickens, ducks, peacocks (her favorite is named Kevin), goats, and turkeys. They also foster for a local animal rescue, specializing in bully breeds. Having adopted 3 dogs and 2 cats, Mary is proud to be a “foster failure”.

MEAGAN MOULDEN
Vice President of Training

Meagan has been licensed in the Real Estate industry and partnered with Keller Williams Realty since 2015. During her time as a Transaction Coordinator and Executive Assistant, she assisted in well over 300 transactions, and she has also served as the Director of Operations for a small residential team. Meagan is truly passionate about training and teaching as a way to help Agents and Administrators work together to build businesses worth owning!

When she's not at work, Meagan can be found spending time with her high school sweetheart, Jeremy, and their two young sons. Together their family cheers on the NCSU Wolfpack and Buffalo Bills, and loves to spend time outside and have fun with friends.

ALANA BADEAUX
Vice President of Coaching & Consulting

Alana has been with The Loken Group of Houston, TX for 7 1/2 years and currently serves as Vice President of Operations. She is responsible for coaching and training the administrative staff, creation and implementation of systems, and process excellence. Alana is passionate about building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues by maintaining a strong, positive culture and motivating teammates to meet high-performance standards. She will maintain her current role within The Loken Group as some of the most valuable lessons come from being in the “trenches” with fellow administrative professionals.

As Alana shared with us, "I am looking forward to growing other admin into their full personal and professional potential through coaching and mentorship and am also excited about the opportunity to work for my first coach (Brindley Tucker) and her incredible staff on this next chapter!"

EVELYN PENDLETON
Vice President of Leverage Services 

Evelyn is a Tampa native and has been working in real estate with Keller Williams Realty since 2004.  Previously, she worked with a top team in Tampa for 15 years as an Executive Assistant, Transaction Coordinator, Realtor, and Mentor. Having facilitated well over 1,000 transactions, Evelyn is well versed in all aspects of real estate buying and selling and has a passion for helping others through a real estate transaction.  Whether it is someone's first purchase/sale or their tenth, Evelyn hopes they enjoy the process and learn something new along the way.

Outside of the office, Evelyn is found spending time with her husband Sean, spending time with dear friends, or making new friends.  Evelyn is also a proud singer with the Toast of Tampa Show Chorus and has several top-five medals from International Contest.
