      • Request referrals and testimonials from clients
      • Coordinate all inspections and notify all parties
      • Documents organized and submitted for compliance with Broker
      • Full closing file scanned and sent to Agent upon Closing
      • Request HOA & Community documents and send to Buyer
      • Review contract and collect any missing signatures
      • Notify Agent of contract deadlines
      • Send contract and addenda/amendments to Lender and Attorney/Title Company
      • Verify appraisal order and value with Lender
      • Schedule closing & send notice to Buyer/Seller and Co-Op Agent
      • Confirm Lender/Settlement Agent has ordered Title (if applicable)
      • Call Lender to check on Loan Approval & Clear to Close
      • Generate Commission Agreement for Agent approval
      • Send Commission Agreement (DA) to Attorney/Title Company (if applicable)
      • Order home warranty and send to Attorney/Title Company
      • Schedule final walkthrough
      • Call Lender and Attorney/Title Company for Closing Package
      • Send ALTA/HUD to Agent to review with Client
