Katie has been the Director of Operations since the end of 2019. She is in a unique role where she is the DOO of a real estate team and she helps her rainmaker, Scott Klaas, stay organized as he is a KW Regional Director and a major investor in two market centers in the metro Milwaukee area. She brings an interesting perspective to the team with her background in sales, sales training and college athletics. As a former Division 1 College Athlete, she is competitive and knows the importance of mastering your role and understands how that impacts the overall success of a team. She understands at a deep level what it takes to create a culture of accountability, action and community. When everyone is clear about how their contributions impact the team as a whole, that’s when a team is powerful! In her free time, Katie loves spending time with her husband and their son. She enjoys working out, golfing and reading!
