Your new hire will receive a customized 90-day training plan and access to their online, self-paced learning portal that is created specifically with their position and your business needs in mind.
They will work one-on-one with a designated trainer who has 8+ years of experience in real estate. Your trainee is set up for success and you get to stay focused on income-generating activities!

You will participate in 30, 60, and 90-day reviews led by your trainer to ensure goals are being met and your new hire is being held accountable to their goals.
Your new hire will attend one-on-one Zoom meetings with their designated trainer to ensure they are trained to hit their goals and achieve results.
You will also have a weekly Zoom meeting to ensure alignment with your trainer and for them to update you on your new hire's progress.
Trainees will have a custom, self-paced training portal built around their 30-60-90 day goals. Customized to your business, it provides daily activities to keep them on track!
This portal is designed to help support learning in their new role while following along with daily activities to learn your business.
In addition to weekly accountability calls, your new hire will participate in two weekly group calls with other trainees in the program.
This allows your new hire to mastermind and network with others in the same role and begin to build connections and resources in the operations community.
Your new hire will be working to create an operations manual (or edit an existing operations manual) as part of the training program.
This reinforces what they are learning as they move through training by documenting the processes of your business.
