Valerie is a Published Author of a book called Empire Builders, a book designed to help build the relationship between Team Leader and Executive Assistant. The book is a compilation of all the things Valerie has learned as a Director of Operations for one of the top teams within Keller Williams Canada. Before writing this book Valerie started Coaching Operations and New Agents within her team, and it grew into the opportunity to coach/mentor and train hundreds of Administrators within Canada and the US. Valerie is also a Certified John Maxwell Coach specializing in leadership coaching. More importantly she is a Mom to 3 Handsome young men, which means when she isn't Coaching Operations, you can find her coaching on the sidelines at the Hockey rink or Soccer Field.
